The app actually is quite good n has gd features 2 smoothen the whole library experience. However, before we cld even begin the borrow book experience, it is frustrating to open the app n it take more than 2-3mins to open. The page is always loading forever.Second, the app ability to scan n borrow books is great n supposed to cut the physical Q in library. However, I have experienced in Jurong West and National Library Bugis, it is impossible to scan or borrow due 2 poor network

Two years since my last review and the app is still facing the same problems. NLB should have spent the money to revamp this app instead of the logo! Extremely slow and buggy app, the search catalogue is not even updated and differs from the search catalogue on the website. Constantly fails to load, I'm so disappointed!

About this app, I have to uninstall and reinstall to access the app after the update. Navigation is decent for now but personally, can we all agree the old logo is better than the new logo. I'm a graphic designer and I don't know the new logo representing other than the classic primary colours that's shape of diamonds. You don't have to go all modern with logo design, the old logo is unique it's own rights.
