Log in by scanning a QR code using your SingPass Mobile QR code scanner. If you’re using a mobile device, simply tap on the QR code to launch the app.

In order to provide the service, the app requests certain permissions.

Phone: Your Device ID is used to tie your device to your SingPass account as part of the verification process during logins. Android groups Device ID and call information in a single permission group, but the app does not access or monitor your calls.

Photos, media and files: This allows us to save an identifier to prevent unauthorised access and help troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion if needed. The app does not access, read or store any of your personal files.

The following requirements are recommended for an optimised user experience:
- Minimum Android version 4.4
- At least 100MB storage space
- Google Play services installed
