COMMON ISSUES

If you’re encountering a “request expired” prompt, try setting your device to use “Automatic Date & Time” or “Automatic Timezone”. The exact name may differ according to your device, and can be found in your device settings.

Ratings and reviews

Looks like upgrade v22.0.2 message says - We've locked the app to keep your data secure. Ensure your device is not rooted or running apps from unknown sources. (T0). Checked my phone apps and remove Alipay and a few more apps, seems working now.

Dear Singpass As now certain physical ID is no longer issued by ICA but digitalized in Singpass, Please ensure that there will never be force update ot anything that needs Internet before the user can peoceed. In cases where the users are in locations without Internet, they will have problem producing the digital ID when it is most needed. Thank you.

Must stop forced updates. The forced update policy is ridiculous. The app is so fragile that once it works it should be left to the device owner to decide risking an update. It seems every other version is plagued with app instability. Please just leave the app alone!
