لا انصح به نهائى الفلوس بتتسحب من الحساب و الشحنه مش بتتنقل لكارت الكهرباء. عملت شكوى قالولى منك لشركة الكهرباء. يعنى نصب من الاخر. I don't recommend this app at all, Stay away from it. My money was withdrawn from my bank account but the electricity card was never charged. When reported it to them unfortunately they didn't resolve the issue and my money was gone.

There was an error in the payment I didnt recieve a notification saying that there was no payment, also they deducted the amount from my account, so I was convinced that the payment was done until I had a problem with the service provider after which I revised the payment and found that there was an error and that they did not refund the money to the bank account But the amount has been refunded to the app wallet and that I must use it to pay something else because there is no refund to banks 😑

I was usually used Bee mobile since 2018 (it was best, now it's the worst), Since 1 year ago there is problem in fund by bank cards, I didn't use again till bank cards come back again, it have bug and not easy any more always stop with cards, sometimes it withdrawal the money from bank and never pay anything, sometimes it does not pay and transfer money to bee balance, don't waste your time and money. Use other apps it better than bee mobile,الدفع لا يتم إطلاق بشكل سلس، دائما يوجد مشاكل في الدفع
