I can't make calls via Bluetooth headset. That's very wierd. Even Whatsapp calls can be done with Bluetooth headsets. Update: My Bluetooth headset is working fine with Whatsapp call or stock dialer with another SIM card. Only with this app, headset has the dial tone when dialing, but when call connected, sound went straight to phone speaker but not the headset. Sent email to customer support. Basically did not solve the issue, while saying it's headset or phone issue, asked me to contact others.

Already seek assistance with a persistent issue I'm encountering on my mobile phone Honor. Specifically, I am unable to receive incoming calls. When someone attempts to call, the call doesn't come through. And as and when, received incoming call, I can hear incoming caller voice, but the caller cannot heard the voice from me. I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. Please look into this serious matter.

Unable to reliably received or make call to my HONOR phone. It is a hit and miss affair. Dunno why Simba don't just support most off the current modern phone natively. And you have to rely on this app if you don't have a supported phone. The worst part is if by some miracle you are connected. You'll hope they can hear you. All is fine if this app work reliably. Alas it does not. Tried to seek assistant with their support team and they revert you to their FAQ website. Basically no help.
