Even though I have used the app before, when I downloaded it this time I could not use any of the features on the app. On every page I found the same error message- "Oops, Whisper is having some trouble" even though I was connected to WiFi, location, etc. For example, when I recieved a notification that I had a private message I opened the app and found the same error. :-(

1. Go into the Whisper app
2. Go into your Activity Feed then Settings
3. Scroll down to Email Support
4. Select Reason, "Technical Support" then an email will be auto-generated
5. Hit send

I downloaded this app a long time ago and enjoyed it then. Eventually I got a new phone and it didn't transfer my account, which was a little irritating then, but whatever. I downloaded it today to try to use and nothing I post stays up, like as soon as I leave the screen, it disappears. I thought, like someone else that reviewed, it was the location or WiFi, so I switched up and still no change.

The developers really shot themselves I'm the foot with this one. Every time you have to re-download the app it wipes out your conversations and makes you start completely over. There's not even an option that I have found to recover previous accounts. Good job dipsticks. Your program and development department should be fired.
