if it had half star I would gladly have it... so many bugs, sometimes just kick me out from the app, doesn't respond sometimes, doesn't work from time to time.... The WORST service app I have ever encounter. If U want Ur customers to stay and use this app I hope at least fix the bugs and use it Urself to know what have U created.

It's very good, but a lot of things need to be added: 1. Call history should be available for up to 1 year. 2. The phone in which the SIM is inserted should also display the phone's charge level icon in Namaste App. 3. When enabling these utilities, it's better to do it online rather than through SIM-based dialing; otherwise, what's the point of using the software?

After more than a year of using Nepal Telecom app, it's safe to say that it's become an amazing tool in managing my telecommunications needs. The convenience of checking mobile balance, managing data packs, recharging, and handling FTTH connections all in one place has made my life much easier. The app's user-friendly interface has remained consistent over time, and I haven't encountered any major issues or glitches during my usage. Overall, it's been a reliable companion for staying connected.
