It's true that the app is filled with bugs. But if you can live with that, I would still recommend the app. The price is decent compare with a few other sites or apps. And delivery is not too slow. Selection is also pretty good. I got a few hot items from it while on other apps seems to be out of stock. Overall the experience works fine for me, will definitely buy more.

With all the money they are making, I really dont understand why they can't optimize their app. The usability of the app gets worse over the years. Also the variety of merchandise is not as good as before. I will not consider Xiaohongmall an option for online shopping for me anymore. Too bad they went downhill this fast.

When I wanted to change to my new address on app, it didn't let me to put PH which it's my floor level. Now they have an option for same city pick up but once the order is already, they ask me to pick up within two days, sometimes just so hard to do it. They should give few more days for people who need to work during the week. Other than that, the app is good, they have special event once a while, I can find some good deals.
