A journal entry support app on your smartphone that allows you to enter the books of white and blue declarations with just a few taps.
There is a free version and a paid version (premium member), and the free version can use all the functions, but there is a limit of 20 journal entries per month (20 entries even if deleted). If you become a premium member of the paid version, you can enter journals without any restrictions.
You can try all the functions such as csv output and data output to accounting software.
If you register as a premium, you will have unlimited monthly input.
There are two plans, 300 yen / month or 3000 yen / year.
-Journal contents are saved only in the installed terminal and are not uploaded to an external server.
-No need to create an account, no registration required, and you can use it immediately after installation.
-You can select the payment / receipt method and item (account) and enter it as if you were in a household account book, and you can create a book that can be used for blue filing without being too conscious of double-entry bookkeeping. It is also available for sole proprietors and corporations.
-The journal is automatically displayed in the form of double-entry bookkeeping. Deposits and withdrawals are easy to understand because the amount of income and expenses is displayed in blue and red. In addition, information on auxiliary subjects and abstracts is also displayed, and you can search by free words including abstracts to narrow down the displayed contents.
-The list of created journals can be output in CSV format, and can also be created in a format that can be imported into Yayoi accounting / Yayoi's blue filing, accounting freee, and MF cloud accounting software.
* Financial statements such as income statement and balance sheet need to be prepared separately with accounting software.
-You can freely add new items (accounts), and you can set sub-items for that item. It can be managed efficiently together with the abstract (remarks).
・ You can manage the balance of each subject by month and year on the trial balance. You can change the start month of the year and calculate for one year from that month. (Example: If the start month of the year is April, it can be calculated from April 2019 to March 2020)
・ Tap an item in the trial balance to display the details (total amount) of that sub-item. You can check how much you spent this month (how much is the taxi fare for travel expenses, transportation expenses, etc.), which is useful for management analysis. You can also check the list of journal entries that use only the target sub-subjects from the sub-subject details.
・ Since financial statements are not required for white filing and blue filing (“simple bookkeeping” for special deduction for blue filing of 100,000 yen), the work can be made easier by copying the numbers in the trial balance automatically created by rapid journal entry. Become. The blue declaration (650,000 yen deduction) is output as CSV data, and the data is imported into accounting software to create a financial statement.
