Ratings and reviews

Buggy app. Can only log in via code because the password doesn't work. The slightest mistaken swipe or app switch causes having to restart the whole process of filling a form. The only reason to use the app is to profit from better sale conditions, but basically you have to prepare the order in the web browser (mobile or PC) in advance.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Shop Apotheke. The vouchers they send to customers are completely useless. We tried to redeem them on several occasions, but without any success. They cannot be used if a product already has a discount – and almost everything on their site is “on discount.” In practice, this makes the vouchers impossible to use. It feels misleading and unfair. Rather than rewarding loyal customers, Shop Apotheke hides behind sneaky conditions that render their offers meaningless.

The payment method webview closes automatically whenever I switch to another app. For example, during a PayPal payment, I opened Google Authenticator to copy a code, and when I returned, the PayPal payment flow had already been dismissed.
