bad ux: frustrating experience for basic app functions: ordered via app, 2 products were missing when order arrived, while I had paid for them. then began the journey of trying to figure out what happened. after 30 minutes of back and forth found an email (who even reads emails when they order via app anymore, app order=in-app notification) that said that product "couldnt be sent". but I had paid already and there was no info on how or when they will return the money for the cancelled product.

First Order it worked well and I received my prescription in reasonable time. The second time I've tried to order and it keeps having a technical error when I try to select the payment method, it has been like this for 2 days. Uninstalled the app as it's just a pointless waste of space if it doesn't actually work.

the custoner service is really bad. I ordered something that got lost in the way (I get it is not their fault) but then I asked for the money back since they would not communicate at all even though they can see that the package is clearly lost. All I got was 2 weeks later a 5€ bonus that I can only use on certain items and still have not received my money back for products that never arrived at my place. I contacted their customer service several times and no one seems to help!
