After a one-time registration in the LBV customer portal, the app can be used with the same login credentials.
To submit a reimbursement claim, photograph your receipts with the app and submit them to the reimbursement office. The photographed receipts are encrypted within the app and then transmitted in encrypted form. Once your claim has been received, you will receive a confirmation message on your mobile device. Only you have access to your data.
For security reasons, to ensure the app functions correctly, your mobile device must be running the latest version of Android or a previous version. Older versions of this operating system are not supported for security reasons. A camera with a minimum resolution of 5 megapixels is recommended for the photo function.
