Lost all my photos permanently When I unistalled the Pandora app, bc I decided I didn't want it, it deleted all of the photos off my phone completely that I had put into a private album on Pandora. They were very important family pics that I wanted to keep and now I've lost them and can't figure out how, or if I can get them back. I've reinstalled Pandora again, but the photos are no longer in the private album. This app sucks big time!!!! Those photos are not replacable!!! If anyone knows how to help me find my photos, pls let me know.

Great. But just short of perfection It works amazingly. And the file size is really small. But it could be better. A few things I'd love to see would, 1) a multi select function so moving things wont take so long. 2) it'd be nice if the public pics were organized like they are in the gallery. 3) **AND THIS IS THE BIGGEST** I wish I could just swipe my finger to go to the next pic instead of backing out and manually looking at every individually. Fix those and you'll have a perfect app

File missing help answer If it doesnt show ur pics then do this. Go to ur file manager. Go to the pandora folder. Choose either video or images folder. Choose each file u want 1 at a time and choose the rename option and erase the .pandora extension so the file will show up in ur public gallery and u can add it back to private. I know that is a long review and time consuming but i had over 2000 pics that got messed up and i spent all night renaming each file so amyone could do it.

small thumbnails In nexus, small thumbnails are seen and every other video or image is to be viewed and locked. The thumbnails should be bigger so that without viewing or seeing one can lock without any hitch. Even there should be option, in the video window to lock straightway. I had used this in my HTC device, and it worked perfectly. Thanks.

Can't convert private to public Recently changed smart phones, attempted to switch private pics & videos to public so I could transfer all files to new phone via micro SD card & can't. All PRIVATE files r stuck on old phone, NOT GOOD!!! Would love to know how to fix this. Started as a great way to hide private items, not that great now.

Slideshow This app could use a slideshow feature, instead of clicking each pic in order to view it, so make it like gallary where you open a pic and just slide left or right. Otherwise, its a real headache. I almost switched to another app because of the missing feature, but Pandora is the best place to hide all your private pics. 5/5

Recovery My little brother mistakenly uninstalled the app and I lost all my precious photos even when I reinstalled it bk no password recovery no photos everything was lost. This is really bad. Deleting and not installing anymore. That really sucks.

galaxy s 4 I cant see my private photos! Ive never had a problem with this app before but now that I switched to a galaxy s4 from an htc sensation, i cant see my private photos for some reason! All my private photos are on my sd card, but they have pandora as the ext so I can't open them. Please please help!!!!!

Deleting photos I had to change phones and it deleted all my private photos and my videos I am and have been looking for another service and will be dropping Pandora I cant get that stuff back I thought it would be safe. Pandora has done nothing to help me. Do not trust this site. Sites like this should be held accountable for the services they offer.

Just about perfect The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the size of the thumbnails. On my phone I basically have to click each one to find what I want, and it is only slightly better on my tablet. Could you add an option for size of the thumbnails? If so, I'll give 5 stars.

For those whiners There is a way to retrive your pandora pics/vids. Use computer or es explorer and edit the pandora file name from example qwerty.jpg.pandora to qwerty.jpg. just delete pandora extention name

I cleared my data, and lost every photo and video in the private setting. Can not get them back. Uninstalling for sure. Horrible app. Mine stopped working, so I was just trying to clean it.

Great but... The app works as described, I haven't had any problems with it. One thing though is that the app and videos can be opened from the app history section in my galaxy note 2, didn't have that problem in previous smartphones. So whenever I use it, I also gotta close the app itself and the video player app.

Years later still 5 stars App is flawless and if you say your password dont work you just put it in incorrectly. If there had to be any improvement just put the option to bind it to your email incase you forgot your password

Useful app Working well...Those who forget their password nd unable to get pvt pic nd video..dont worry...Insert ur sd card in laptop u will find a folder named pandora...from whre u can get ur pics nd file

Very upset My phone broke so when I redownloaded this app on the new phone all my private things were gone, n there's no way to get them back, that's messed up, I'm saving what I can and deleting the app.

Files just put in a folder on the phone memory (not SD card), with a .pandora extension added. Once located they could be just renamed and viewed. Not even basic encryption. I don't know why people are threatening lawsuits over not being able to retrieve their photos - just hunt around the device memory for the pandora folder, drop the .pandora extension, and it doesn't matter if you know the password or not. Totally insecure, and if you have a sizeable collection then you'll quickly run out of device memory as well.

Works when it works When it works, it works really well. Cannot change phones, apparently, & expect Pandora re-install to be able to find / unmask videos. There is no way to get hold of the developer. I'm running ICS on a Thunderbolt

Password My password has also stopped working. I do have ES file explorer which does work to view private files... So how do we get the password reset or to work again ??

Good until you lose your phone or have to reset your phone. Can't retrieve my private photos even though I'm using my same email account. Very disappointed!

Pictures and videos lost There should be some action to do against those who are offering bad apps. Loosing years of pics and they just don't give a f.....

It will delete your photos!!! You will not be able to access your private photos after a few months & without notice. I've written the developer on numerous occasions, searched online for a solution, & tried to retrieve then by making then public but nothing has worked.

No password recovery & all pictures lost There is no way to recover your password. The description says - "Note: your private things won't be lose in any case. Even if uninstalled Pandora" - so I uninstalled Pandora and all my photos were lost. This sucks!!

Read all of the other bad reviews Buff said \ uninstalling \ already crashed once before loading 1st pic - was just in menus.

Wht bother This app is a pointless trainwreck. If you are thinking about loading this app, just drop your phone in a glass of water and save yourself the headache.

Small thumbnails Hi! The pictures/videos thumbnails are so small, they are almost unrecognizable. And it is very inconvenient to click on each to see it, before categorizing it.

B. S. Flat out doesn't work. Hidden pics and videos mysteriously reappear in my gallery for public viewing.

Works great, but would be fantastic if you could set thumbnails in folder a little larger. Sometimes they are very difficult to see.

Lost all my pics like if app is download on a new phone you should be able to get yr pics back instead of takin a lost over 3000 pics gone 😩😭

Cant get pics back out It worked great for along time and now any new pics I put in I can't get them back out just all the old ones I had in.

Pandora This is a gud app the only thing is one's u lose our phone it's no way to get ur private pictures back it should be a way to retrieve ur pictures

Downloaded video not able to play One of the downloaded video neither able to play nor able to delete it just appears there permanently. Kindly sort out the problem.

I have galaxy s5 active.........What the heck I had photos in private section and now I can't view them or it says media not found....where did all those pictures go? And how do I get them back? If this is what the app does my advice don't download it

Smh Can't retrieve some videos and pictures from this app but the files show up under Pandora on my sd card. There's no way to get them back on the device app...this sucks

Password no longer work! I wonder if developer have back access to retrieve and change password at their description...?
