Ratings and reviews

Unreliable when you need it the most. App itself is unreliable at times, takes too long to load. The drivers would rather work offline than on app, corrupted drivers. Drivers can start ride and the timer starts even if they are far from location. Times like when there is rainfall or when you are in busy places like nayabazar, even when there are too many drivers available they will not pick up the ride despite increased fare.

Company is rapidly losing its costumers, because its hard to find rides on that much lower fare. Due to which drivers are forced to switch on other apps. I guess company has no strategy other than just lowering the fare cost to attract customers. Fuel cost has almost doubled, but fare cost is still the same. That's why you won't find well maintained and neat cars on inDrive anymore. Every customer is complaining about fights with drivers, because basic fare doesn't even cover the fuel cost

The app doesn't give bills and invoices on certain rides which the app decides by itself, which rides gets a bill and which doesn't. You just pay and no proof of it. The server auto deletes history which unables you to download the receipt after a week approx. Worst app ever. Never will use this app.
