Ratings and reviews

Driver did not show up. He switched off his phone at the end moment. I had booked one day before the journey and then few hours earlier also he was not answering the call. While on the other side he was texting via the app that he will come. He was safeguarding himself from not being blocked by the app makers. Worst of all experience. This particular driver should be penalized by the app. And top of all ride status now shows complete which never started.

The issue I've been noticing for the past two months is the price. The fare is increased, like way up to about 300, 200 extra. On the other hand, similar apps are charging way less than this one. The fare adjustment function just doesn't let you put the acceptable fare to be charged. There's always a "recommended fare" to be imposed on the user. Very dissapointed.

Nice app. Gives both driver and rider negotiation power. But something is wrong. Arriving late at passenger's pick up point is not the driver's fault. This is usually because of traffic jam. Kindly note that blocking driver's accounts for this same reason isn't a good idea. A driver can't do magic to fly to rider's location when he/she is in traffic jam. Kindly review this aspect and adjust.
