Where do I find 'AmiKit_Update1010.lzx' ? The desktop tells me to install it manually by going to the AmiKit main site, but I cannot find it anywhere. Please can you post up the download URL where I can find it. Many thanks.
I have a weakness for old tech and software and for me this app has been a real treat. Would give five stars if not for initial difficulties such as getting used to the mouse controls and discovering only after much frustration that they could be calibrated. Touch screen calibration really should be part of the setup. Other than that this program has kept me entertained for hours, and I haven't even tried playing games with it yet. Edit: Well I've tried it with games and while they are easy enough to run, I find it frustrating to try and figure out how to make my controller work with it. The lack of a guide for the android version on amikits main site is a pain especially given how niche this sort of app is; making finding any sort of tutorial for the mobile version a headache and chore. As a result of all that I have to knock off another star.
Too many problems and not enough documentation to get it working. The the link to documentation PDF on Google Play 404's.
Good App AmiKit is an awesome app. It needs work, especially with installation. But I love the OS. It's really cool. I prefer running it from a computer, but it's a great way to impress your friends on Android.
I'm having difficulty finding the installed directory on my Nexus 6P, it doesn't appear in the android/data/sk.amiga.amikit.arm as the sk.amiga.amikit.arm directory doesn't appear to exist, which makes it impossible to proceed. EDIT: Found it at /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/sk.amiga.amikit.arm May be a good idea to update the description to include that as a possible path.
Just a minor update (change of server location). Thank you for using the app!
The app is based on uae4arm by TomB. Android port by Lyubomyr Lisen.
Full access to exFAT, NTFS, HFS+ and FAT32 storages directly from Android device
