MORE THAN NOT (C) K is a helpline for all children and young people under the age of 18 who find themselves in a serious situation and seeking help or someone with whom they can talk and advise.

We provide assistance free of charge in the form of chat and e-mail.

We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that whenever you want to talk about what you are afraid of, what you don't like, what or who is hurting you or what you can't handle, we are here for you.

You may have doubts about whether you can talk openly about your problem without worrying about whether or not your parents need to know about it first. If you trust your parents and feel safe with them, talk about your problem with them in the first place. If you do not know how to talk about your problem with your parents or if it is the parents you are worried about, or something is happening at home that is hurting you, do not hesitate to contact us. Every child has the right to ask for help without the knowledge of his or her parents or the person caring for him or her.

If you request help via chat or e-mail, your IP address, telephone number and any other information you provide will be recorded by the line. We treat them as confidential personal information. The content of the chat or email between you and us is also confidential.
The helpline is created by us, consultants. We don't tell anyone else about your problem unless you ask for it.
