For use in Slovakia (Kosice) it is terrible for public transport. Practically unusable. Always does something else than you want it to do. Great for buing public transport tickets though, fine for parking.

Fantastic app. Works well, once you get hang of it. I loved getting txt to confirm the ride and to see where the car was. A bit of instruction how it works wouldn't go amiss...just a screen showing start, destination, price and availability of options, such as book in advance...it is not clear where that info is, just like an arriw pointing to what you need to do first, then and what options are available. I had to look around a bit before I worked it out. Apart from that, great.

Used it a couple times when better options were unavailble and it did the trick, alltough never cheap. Then this last time i got a combination of a bug in the app, rude and lying driver and a follow up discussion with customer service that showed zero interest in resolving the issues and tried to charge me 10€ for cancelling that ride. Can't recommend.
