The mobile application Business24 is intended for companies and businesses with the Business24 service activated. It will allow you, for example, to sign transactions prepared by your accountant, enter a payment order by scanning a QR code or account numbers, to filter your account movements by various criteria and much more.
The application requires an active and secure access via Wi-Fi or a mobile operator data service. Before your first login, in addition to the login name and password (identical for the Business24 website version) you also need an authentication tool in the form of an SMS key.
The application has been developed in cooperation with clients and in the first phase, we are introducing the most used features. Of course, we are planning to improve the application in the future and add new features.
Logging in the mobile application
You can log in to the mobile application simply by using your fingerprint (Touch ID), facial scan (Face ID), or typing in the 6-digit PIN code.
In addition to the classic method of entering payments by filling in payment data, you can now also enter your payments by scanning a QR code or IBAN number, using templates or copies of previous payments. Each payment can be directly saved into the list of templates, which will be automatically synchronized with the Business24 desktop version. In addition to standard SEPA payments, you can also make TARGET and foreign payments.
Executed payments can be filtered by: client, account, counter account, amount, currency, date, type, VS/CS/SS/payer reference.
Option of customized listing of accounts
You can change the listing order of accounts according to your preference simply by drag-and-dropping the selected account.
Pending and unrealized transactions
The mobile application allows you to sign payments prepared for you by your accountant or other authorized person. You can also view the list of unrealized transactions, including the reason for their non-execution; you can then repeat or delete them.
