I did 2 orders and got emails with numbers 12h later. It was too later. Now Im trying to cancel it but nobody answer my emails or even support phone. I hope after write here someone can see and call me back
Made our vacation so much easier and we were able to see and do more things with the Go card. We bought 4 day passes to Oahu at Costco. Then installed the app to my phone. Adding our cards to the app was easy and quick. I then called and made reservations to places we wanted to go to but where space would be limited. Such as the catamaran ride, Polynesian Cultural Center luau and the Kualoa Ranch. Once in Oahu using the cards was a simple as letting the place you were at know you had a card, and handing over your phone for them to scan.
*****SCAM ALERT***** Me and my friend, both lost $200 each. Paid for Los Angeles Go Pass (3days option), got nothing in return. Their phone lines don't respond nor do their email service. I wish Google removes this app from app store. Hope at least some read my comment and save themselves from this trap.
Its phone number never get connected and its email never replied. In its website it claimed it would return money if customer dont want it anymore. But I just cannot find anyone of them to do the refund.
App is great and does the basic stuff you need. Just make sure if you purchase passes through Costco that you figure out how to properly configure your card on this app prior to going out to the attractions.
How to you change the language? The app seems great but all the text is in Chinese and I need it in English. Thank you!
