Simple but very useful, keeps track very easy. I love it. You do not need to measure anything, eat as much as you can on the specific day. No matter how much I want to eat, because is a dissociated diet you will never overeat. People wish this app will cook their food too. It is a nice tracker of your diet. I am in day 13 lost 3 kg I have 7 more to go to arrive to my ideal weight. The only diet that work on a menopausal woman. I am really happy with this app as there are not many info out there. Your meals should be your creation. Meat on protein day, rice ,potatoes, beans and veggie on starch day, pita bread, pancakes, brownies, chocolate, salads on carbs day, only veggies and fruits, grilled or raw on vitamin days. Mandatory all days a fruit as breakfast, can be apple, pears, watermelon etc. This is all. It is not that hard.
It works great, I wish the colors of the day were a bit different. Red -protein, mauve - starch, yellow - carbs, green - vitamin. It sounds a lot more logical...but then, maybe it's just me. Great app nontheless! One more thing: can you add the rina 2 ?
Very good app. Helps you follow tour process, teaches you healthier food habits, flexible and not as restrictive as other apps/diets. I've already lost 2 kg in the first 2 weeks and I don't even follow it that strictly :)
Why the part 2 (90 day - break) has only one version, meaning this one based on starch and carbs, the "yellow" version? There is another version of the second part which is based on more "vitamins" days, the "green" table. Can you implement that also? I know you can edit the days and meals, but the app is not helpful in this case, as I should check the table first, then edit every day, etc. It would be very nice to have both versions.
It changed language on me without a warning, what God is an app when I can't read it, navigated, use it, etc? Edit: Problem was solved thanks to the quick response from the developer. Thank you
First time in 32days I lose 12kg now is my second attempt to take all 90 and my target is 20kg I think I will made it because really work this diet and is easy to do it :)
