Pretty nice Calling it free while actually giving a pay2play game is a bit cheap. Just release a demo and a full version next time. As for the game itself: the open path system and improving AI is a big plus, the clumsy menu and tower upgrading a minus. Would have bought the full version, but lag spikes with few enemies already make me fear I would regret it.
I personally don't like the idea of having to use the towers to force the enemy to follow a path. I prefer predetermined paths that enemy will use because I don't want to spend half my time figuring out where to place towers in order to change the path enemies take. I also believe their should be more unique abilities, ability upgrades, more debuffs for towers to afflict enemies with, more buffs that towers can boost other nearby towers with. I believe it would interesting to have more towers that have branched upgrades; for example let's say you have a machine gun tower and after you upgrade it the first time, there would be two paths you can take, you could either have it upgrade to high fire rate path where it can be upgraded into Gatling guns or mini-guns. The other path could be slow firing high damage path where it becomes heavy machine guns or auto-cannons.
Great apps, very addicted game, love it. Thanks.
