Update [25/2/25]: Continues to have intermittent issues verifying scans at various times of the day. This is definitely not a one-off but they simply do not want to improve the app experience. Has been extremely slow in verifying after each scan recently. Please fix it!

Re-edit : (Feb 2025) if you include ur Translink card inside and travel U get wink+ points daily . I didn't get for 1 whole month Emailed them no reply ... Then suddenly they gave me the points again. No basic consistency in this game. U still deserve 0 stars. (2024) During the 2 months of returning to this app .....I was locked out 3 times . I sent emails after emails still nothing. Very lousy app.

At first I wanted to rate it bad (2 stars) because I cannot redeem any vouchers. But after I saw the big bus update, I immediately checked the app and yes, it really had the bus update. 1It shows you directions and bus timings! Now, to me, I think it is really useful.
