About this app

If you spend most of your days sitting at work, at home and while traveling this is the app for you.
Two Swedish physiotherapists have developed simple exercises to strengthen muscles and improve circulation - that can be done while sitting. And you can do them without anyone noticing and without losing any time. The app has three sections:

Car, bus & train

In the air

Each section begins with exercises to improve circulation, it then moves on to strengthen muscles in legs, buttocks, abdomen, back, shoulders, arms and neck. It ends with stretching. Clear illustrations accompany each exercise. A reminder signal can be activated.
