About this app

Whether you want to lose weight, hold steady, or simply understand how your body changes day to day, Noyoyo turns every weigh-in into a calm, clear picture of your progress. It's a weight tracker built for people who want to see the trend, not the noise — so you stay motivated even when the daily number bounces.

KEY FEATURES

Predicted Weight Trend
Noyoyo's signature graph plots where you should be (according to your personalized plan) against where you actually are. See your projected weight loss path and stay on pace, even when daily numbers fluctuate.

Beyond the Scale
Track BMI, body fat percentage, body measurements (waist, hips, chest, arms), water, sleep, steps, and fasting — all in one place.

Weight loss academy
Bite-sized lessons explain calorie deficit, managing hunger, and sustainable loss in about 3 minutes per lesson.

Reminders
Gentle reminders help you build the daily weigh-in habit that actually sticks and help you achieve your goal.

Supportive Community
Walk your path alone or connect with others. From private logging to sharing with a trusted inner circle or joining the full community feed, you choose exactly who sees your progress.

Great app to help you keep track of your weight and offer encouragement (if you add friends or other people in the app). I use the free version; it reminds you to weigh in daily & notifies you when friends weigh in or react to your entry. You can set your account to private or public. It has a line graph of your progress, average weight and pounds lost for the past 7 days, you can add steps. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to connect to Samsung health to read and auto input steps.

Thanks Alex! Glad it's working well, and noted on the Samsung Health steps, we'll look into that.

Been using the app for a few weeks and I am loving it. I use the free version but may end up adding the subscription later on. The free version gives me the accountability to track my progress, keep accountable to the other users, especially the one's I am following or those following me. I can keep a written journal for others to see and comment back for the hope we can help each other on this journey to better health. It tracks my progress with a chart & written calculation of my avgs.

Thank you Alisa! Love hearing that the community side is working so well for you, that's exactly what it's there for :)

I just downloaded this, put all my info in, and now it won't let me do anything until I start a free trial. It was my understanding that this was a free app, but I guess not. It should have led with the paywall. I even thought it was a glitch, so I did it all twice. And no, I do not want to start a free trial and immediately cancel just to gain access to this app. I found Better Weight and I'll be using that instead. Plus, THEY have a dark mode.

I'm sorry for the bad experience. Just to clarify: the app does have a solid free version. You can start the trial and cancel it right away in the App Store or Play Store if you don’t plan to use the PLUS version. You’ll still get 28 days of all features, and after that the app switches to free mode.
