Nice. What do you think of enabling users to change the Workout title (under custom workouts) after the program has been made? I currently can't change the Workout title so my custom workout is still My Workout and I will have to delete and redo the process just to change the workout title. It's not that of a big deal tho. I will still use this app even if i can't change the wourkout title. Is Go Fitness the same as this app?
Great app! It's a pretty good app. Reasonable amount of ads. Lots of good info but not for helping plan routines. Why does the fitness workouts only have 1 weeks worth though? It never changes? Have it alternate exercises each day or week and it'll keep folks like me coming back for a new workout routine and increase app time usage. You guys want the ad revenue don't you? Also, allow for Google backup of workout data. I lost EVERYTHING when my phone had problems.
Doesn't save history correctly At first glance I was impressed with app. I wanted a workout routine four days a week and it offered that. The app had good descriptions of how to perform all exercises in the routine. However, after a week I noticed the weight I saved for my workouts were then changed to decimal values that must've been in kilograms. I don't know why it would change the values I inserted. It was a deal breaker for me. Additionally, every time I opened the app I had to navigate to my routine.
Very good app You can create various workouts and change them up whenever you want. I have recommended it to family and friends. One suggestion is to adopt a system like the Ultimate Body Workout app where it allows you to begin the workout and press next when each set is done and times your breaks.
Almost perfect I am really happy I came this app. It is everything I have been looking for in an exercise app. Just one minor change needs to be made for it to be a five star app. A combination of 'Good Moring' excercise, 'Squats', and 'Push ups', are better for the core and abs, then any amount of 'sit ups' and 'crunches'. Therefore, it's my opinion, that 'sit ups' and 'crunches' are unnecessary and I ask they be removed from the list of excercises. Thank you.
Excellent training app Easy to use and keep track of your progress if the history function actually worked. Weight and reps are all screwed up. Doesn't have annoying pop-ups that you have to exit out of. I am on my third week and am seeing results. Latest update solved all of my original complaints. I created my own custom workout and like this app very much.
