App was great initially, but now that they are pushing the "Plus" subscription, it's not. I get all kinds of alerts from outside the area I want and cant adjust without subscribing. Notices of registered offenders pop up all the time, but need plus to see them. If I try to check a report I missed - nope - need plus for that too. If I need plus for everything, no point in keeping it. The neighborhood FB page posts the info just as quick. Pretty sure this is gonna be uninstalled very soon.

The app functions well and provides useful information in real time. Having to pay a very expensive subscription just to be able to turn off certain alerts or lower the distance for alerts seems super scummy. Either make it free or charge me for the app. But don't say it's free and then hide what seems to be the most basic of functions hidden behind an expensive subscription.

When I 1st got this app several yr ago, it was helpful & I recommended it to friends. Since then it has really deteriorated. Now they are intentionally making information difficult to access. The screen is littered with links to police audio (free elsewhere) they they want you to pay for. Apparently not enough ppl paid because now they put in the notifications to click on the links which triggers the ads. Same with "sex offenders" listing; that is free elsewhere as well.Very disappointed.
