Nezhno Space is a space for personalized psychological support.
The app helps reduce anxiety, manage stress, and restore energy through short daily practices and exercises with psychologists.
What's inside:
• Practice of the Day — short 3-7-minute exercises to help you breathe out, return your attention to your body, refocus, and practice mindfulness.
• Personalized playlist — 6 exercises selected based on a questionnaire. We don't provide random practices: the algorithm suggests exactly what resonates.
• Focus of the Month — each month, you choose one topic that's relevant to you. This could be anxiety, self-esteem, eating disorders, boundaries, sexuality, career dead ends, or parent-child patterns. Three large resources open: a podcast, a therapeutic article, and an exercise to work through.
• Questionnaires and updated recommendations — at the beginning, we offer a basic survey (30 questions) so the algorithm understands how you cope with stress, what's happening in your body, and where tension is. Then, every week, there will be a short pulse survey to tailor the recommendations to your state.
• Practice evaluation — after completing an exercise, you can note how much it resonated with you. Even if you felt irritation or resistance, this is also a signal.
• Personal rhythm — you don't have to do everything at once. It's gently designed so you can proceed at your own pace. Practices don't accumulate to avoid creating pressure. Everything you do is already a step towards yourself.
• Noise-free space — no feeds, achievements, or digital overload. Just you, your state, and gentle formats that truly help.
