I like the concept, but the app is not usable
Fast customer service I really enjoy the quick communication feom this company.
Great service, app is mostly functional. I love the service. I have a handful of bikes listed and rent them fairly often. Never had an issue with getting paid, I feel secure with renting them out. I hate the app. UI is janky, and buggy. Messages are hardest hit, with added conversations appearing minutes after I get the text message. The messages appear in a random order with the dates months apart. PROTIP: enable text/email updates. Do not rely on the app/service to update when you are out and about.
Not suitable for high end bikes. I listed two carbon bikes and, although one rental went ok, the second one had major issues. The guy I rented the bike to returned it with a scratched top tube. It looked like the guy had put a race sticker on it and removed it really carelessly. Spinlister considers this as normal wear and tear so beware. I couldn't do a thing.
Rented out a bike made $ Other than a bunch of glitches in app. It's a perfect way to make money with your own bikes that are sitting there anyways. Just also need a way to advertise.
Great idea When I joined I recieved a personal email from the Chief Marketing Officer which was a nice touch. Hope the app is improved in time because its very clunky and disappointing for such a great idea.
