The best app when working but at the moment it keeps crashing It's stopped working as it should. It won't let me customise the tabs. It keeps shutting down. It closes when I choose to navigate then opens again when navigation turned of. I have a paid licence and will give it 5 stars if it works properly again.
I wish it would close, when phone removed from dock, like it used to! The latest update v4.08c, dated 6 March 2015,broke the auto shutdown of Car Home Ultra. Manual shutdown now necessary on Galaxy S4 with KitKat. Tech support came to conclusion that it was due to my ROM, but CHU shut down properly with this ROM before the latest update. The ROM didn't change. The app did!
Great app but it has a major problem Although I purchased CarHome Ultra, the program keeps telling me that the "Trial period has ended." I didn't purchase a trial. Until this is fixed, I am uninstalling this thing. (Galaxy Tab 2 10.1)
Solid app...almost very good Pretty solid application that takes advantage of all Android functionality. The configuration options (startup on BT connection, one touch dial, etc) are well thought out. My only beef is with media player integration. I've tried multiple podcast players, but using the media interface within Car Home Ultra always brings the player into the foreground (continuously, even after I go back to the home screen), or opens up the default media player (not the chosen podcast player). If this got fixed, it's 5 stars.
Crashes Was a, good app, but keeps crashing and won't let you get anywhere while trying to open it or use other apps
Excellent. Default 4 your Nanna. Possibly simply the best all round app I've encountered yet. For pure "DoesWhatitSays" -edness. Simple, stable, thorough, intuitive. I'm wondering why I don't just operate my fone from here all the time. In fact I would advocate it as a default phone os for the technologically feeble and your nanna.
Version 1.3 - Added UI to explain that this app is just a license
