Waited an hour for delivery only to receive a text saying the order was cancelled or modified and to call the restaurant. Employee was clueless and did not apologize using "probably" and "maybes" and "that's fine with me" when I asked to be refunded saying I "was being difficult." First and last order.
Lies - they sell your phone # and don't give a free baklava as promised. I signed up specifically for the free baklava and after they spammed me with text messages, found the screen was black with just the spitz header when I tried to redeem. I have one of the most popular android phone models in the world - maybe your @ssh@t developers should test on it?

Apologies for your experience & truly no harm intended. I'm confused by your review - we don't sell phone #'s and do 1-3 promos/mo, all via push notification. We're just humans making food & trying to provide a service w/ this app...we'd happily get you a baklava if the app was down & you reached out directly in the many ways available. Take care!
