Very relaxing I found this to be a very effective relaxation app. My only complaint is too much talking which doing alternate nostril breathing and counting down. I would prefer the instruction to be given, and then allowing ample quiet time to proceed. The repeated direction is distracting. However, I really enjoyed everything else about this. The woman's voice is pleasant enough.
Terrible but free I have a yoga nidra free app that is 51 minutes long. It's so much better this app contradicts everything the app i like says. This isn't yoga nidra it's just a Shavassa recording. Can do that on my own. Deleted this one from my apps
Fact that upgrading to paid service was stalled and developer did not respond makes me question this app. App delivers as a free app but that is all I can say. Without communication no good business no trust
Very helpful My mind is a busy place, so I need fairly constant external guidance to meditate. I find this app very helpful in stilling my mind and managing pain. Narrators voice is pleasant and music is optional.
Horrible. The voice sounds like it was the biggest inconvenience she's ever had to record this. Music won't play w it. HTC incredible
The voice isn't great, true, but people who complain about it need to relax more (obviously). The actual message is a good one, and did help me relax
