Was a big fan of this and excited. But it appears during one of the exercises (flappy Bird) they have it to where it spawns another person to compete against you. Not a fan at all. Also. I am unable to disable the feature allowing others to message me. The slider does not un- highlight Very sad if they have forced us to play with others. When I bought this to focus on myself.

I like it, the games adapt to your still level and help you work on new patterns. This helped me understand I carry a lot of tension and I'm bad at relaxing. My only recommendation would be add other options instead of just "child birth." I had a c-section. I'm using this after a vaginal hysterectomy to help keep my pelvic ring strong and reduce organ shifting. It would be nice to have those considerations in there. And maybe an even smaller device.

Fun way to learn control over your pelvic floor. I enjoy the visual biofeedback from the games. Playing the games made me realize many things about my pelvic floor health. Some good, some I need to work on. This tool gives me a way to do that at home, without costly trips to the clinic. I've been to pelvic floor PT mamy times in my life, and I've learned more during the introduction and the first set of games, than I ever did during all of my visits over the years. Seamless app and tool!
