I smoked a pack and a half a day since 1982 and I cold turkey quit at 2am 5 months ago today. I have not smoked 3,000 cigarettes as of today! I have 0 will power so if I can do it you can too, make the commitment don't cheat for any reason. Do know that you will have cravings so expect it and when it happens change your thoughts to anything else and no matter what DON'T CHEAT! 1 slip up will kill the thought process and before long it's 2. This app is awesome for tracking your progress!
Decent As with any app, medication or cessation aid... this app won't take the cigarette out of your hand. It does however give you little reminders of why you quit throughout the day. When you get a bad craving, just open it up and check out the milestones. Really helps when you think about not wanting to mess up that 48 hour milestone for one smoke. My only suggestion would by tidying up the layout and design a bit of the app. A nice cleaner look would net it a full 5 stars!
Does what it says on the tin If you lapse and then have to restart it doesn't quite seem to reset all achievements but other than that I'm very happy with it

As others have said it won't physically stop you from smoking, but it certainly helps keep you motivated.
