Here are three things I wish would be fixed, but I am still gonna keep the app either way. 1. I want to delete stuff from my personal plan, but it wont let me. I tried adding stuff to it earlier and it wouldnt stick. Seems to be a reocurring problem with users. Please make it easier. 2. The height wont let me go under 100 inches. I had to use cm. 3. Not only is the name false advertising, but the flexibility stuff seems advanced and I was hoping for beginner stuff. Please fix this. Thank you!

Just downloaded it, it has been good so far. There is a brief ad that you can skip at the beginning. Each movement has a little video/ cartoon showing you how to do the movement. The app will make a workout plan for you, mine was a solid 20 minutes and had a good bit of variation.

Simple stretching is easier for someone who doesn't exercise much and is lazy to move the body, especially mature people towards old age. Less than 15 mins per session in the early morning before shower, gives some flexibility to the muscles and joints. 2nd day, I will consider signing up the non-ad subscription after 2 weeks.
