I have installed IPTV, but the series and movies option does not open. When I try to scroll down, it goes back up again. When I try to scroll to see more movies, it again goes back up. What is this issue?

Support for this app is REALLY bad. Look for alternatives like iMPlayer and Tivimate.

I already buy the app before this. But when I want to use it today, suddenly the app said the premium is not enabled. What do I had to do to restore the purchase? I got proof here that I bought it. Why with all sudden app changes? FYI, I bought full version of it. Why delete the app and only put ottnav companion if I can't restore the premium? Not changing this star until that fixed or you refund my money back.
