About this app

DAM Service is an electronic service book for car owners.

The app helps you conveniently service your car: schedule service appointments, store service history, track bonuses, and keep track of your vehicle data.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Schedule a service appointment
Select your vehicle, desired services, and service location. Add a comment to your request and submit the appointment. Payment is also available directly in the app.

• Manage your garage
Add vehicles by license plate number, VIN, or manually. Keep your list of vehicles in one place and quickly select a vehicle for an appointment.

• View service history
All appointments and service appointments for your vehicle are in the "Service" section. You can filter by status and vehicle. For offline service, a service log is available: date, address, mileage, materials, amount, comments, and photos.

• Use the bonus program
Your profile displays your bonus balance: total, inactive, and points available for redemption.

• Show your customer QR code
A personal QR code will help you identify yourself faster at the service center.

• Find the nearest service stations
The map in your profile displays the nearest service stations.

• Receive notifications
Push notifications notify you of important events regarding appointments and orders.

• Manage your profile
Enter your full name and date of birth, set up notifications, and review agreements. Login and registration are available using your phone number.
