Haven't been able to log into my app for a couple of months. Just keeps saying we are loading your point and if it does go to log in screen then it says my log in details are incorrect.
Invalid address. Downloaded the app a d tried to update my details but tells me invalid address. Ridiculous. It's a valid address according to Royal Mail!
Absolute rubbish. Same problems as everyone else. On the phone nearly an hour to customer service and they have not got a clue. Points lost. Pathetic wont use again
What is the point in using this app when everytime you want to shop, it will open browser and take you to the website, cannot make any in app purchases! Very slow and crashes frequently
Since updated I'm unable to register points in-store! Pointless if it means having to log in whist in store . Which means paying for data. Also inconvenient for staff and other customers . Back to Boots !
