How to use Banglarbhumi app?
1. Select the district / জেলা নির্বাচন করুন।
2. Select the block / ব্লক নির্বাচন করুন ।
3. Select Mouza / মৌজা নির্বাচন করুন ।
4. Two options are available for searching the land records. Enter the appropriate details Plot and Khatiyan.
5. Fill the captcha code.
6. Click on View.
7. To save the file, click on save icon button.

Very nice app with PDF feature and much more. It provides you to download your Latte Parcha. Many times when original WB Department land app and website is down but this app is good

Very very useful 👌. But it happens sometimes that the app gives much trouble.It does not show information regarding land records ,map and so on.

The app is very complicated specially for payment of Khajna. It is not user friendly and a lot of steps have to be followed for payment. The apps may be made simple and user friendly.
