Terrible experience with the app. Took my payment and didn't apply it to my phone service even though the money had been taken out from my bank account. Didn't find out until they had disconnected my service and had to wait five days to be reinstated. Stay away from this app and this phone carrier.

Movistar seems ok, however the internet is slow it takes a little too long to download whatever you're trying to do. I'm a new client doing business with Movistar for about a week so i believe it is still a little too premature to really know how well Movistar does in performance.
