I love this app so much! The only thing I do not like is the transition seconds between exercises isn't factored in the time you choose for the workouts. So if you're doing a 30 min workout allow 40 min or so to actually finish the work out, for those of us that may only have a certain amount of time to workout. Now that I know that I just round my exercise time up a little so I have enough time to complete it. But I absolutely love this app and love that it's free too!!!!
Love this! Been using this for almost a year and it's great. Great for if you can't make it to the gym or don't like going to the gym cause you embarrassed to go. Videos show you how to do every work out and don't stall anymore. Also if you pay for it the set work out plans they have help so much for reaching goals and are worth every penny! I think it's 40 for a year! I even love that they added a work out just for climbers! Since I'm still kinda new to climbing this will help me start getting to the grades I want!
Used this app for years. Had a account. Switched apps to my new phone now it's a paid only app. Supposedly if you had an account prior to December 2017 you are grandfathered into being able to continue to use the free version but it doesn't give me that option at all. Only option is to pay to use it. It's unfortunate. I really enjoyed this app. But the subscription is too expensive for my tastes. $29.99 quarterly or $79.99 for a year.
Terrible. It seemed like a good app, but when I went to go use it it said that I had to make a plan, which means I had to pay for each month or year I used it. If you are looking for a free useful app I would not recommend this one.
Used to give this app five stars even with the problems it has. Now you have to pay for an app that isn't even decent? I paid for pro back in the days, and now it's not even available? What a scam. Don't buy this. It's not worth it.
Very good and useful app. would always recommend. As always there is room for improvement. For the web version of the app the following would be a great improvement: 1) the banner with the workout name and the side menu should both be collapsable to create more space. 2) please ensure the the site resizes in the browser to fit desktop monitors and laptop monitors. Scrolling through exercises I cannot see the names of the last row of exercises in any workout detail because it descends below the browser border. 3) favoriting exercises/workout plans and challenges needs to be an option. allowing the user to minimize scrolling to find a workout when new workouts and challenges are being featured 4) my progress section needs to show Additional details option that gives such stats as: a) Avg number of exercises done (day, week, month, all time) b) Avg number of exercises per session c) Estimated Avg number of reps (calculated by using avg expected per 30s set based on weight and lifestyle picked). allow user to edit and or allow this figure to be adjusted if users moves from moderately to very active. d) show frequently done exercises
