Missing an important feature Thanks for adding the ability to listen to music while working out! However, I cannot see the list of exercises ahead of time. It would be useful so I can get a chair/bench for dips or dumbbells for exercises like overhead press.
Great Program Well designed program with great conditioning workouts! Use it to really push myself for great amounts of bodyweight strength! Awesome app!
Getting used to it, a few request. I just switched from Runtastic training apps to this one because allot of Runtastic apps no longer work since Android 5.0. This app is great and sort of has the same feel. Different but good. If there is one thing I would like to see is the ability to disable certain workouts globally. There are a few that are difficult for me to do and would like the ability to leave those out of the routines.
Great home workout app. The included demonstration gifs during the workout and various workout customization options in the pro version are a huge benefit. I typically only use the strength training option and things overall work great. I can't comment in regards to the other modes though. I would rate this five stars if only it could play nicely with a music application. If I use any application for music, the music volume will dip to a really low level as soon as Sworkit starts the exercise routine or announces the exercise. The music won't return to a normal volume level until I end the Sworkit application. Whether this is an issue for Sworkit to fix or simply due to the way Android manages audio priority among applications, it's a major bummer to require a whole other device to play music at regular volume during exercising.
MAJOR PROBS - ONLY!! Not worth buying --- POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS MAJOR PROBS connecting with MyFitnessPal -- EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE in tracking -- really useless for cardio work -- use Endomondo for that. Yoga as a series of discrete moves?? Dev must have NO IDEA of what "yoga" really is -- DO NOT practice yoga using this app -- you'll be missing out on the best parts of it, and probably hurt yourself. In fact, there's so little guidance provided, newbies are best off getting advice from a pro trainer first, DON'T use the "canned" exercise routines - some are dangerous for some people. AND it repeatedly crashes and re-enters workouts into MFP -- recently x10 - cannot exit easily -- yet another iOS app poorly ported to Android -- PRETTY USELESS REALLY -- I'm sorry I wasted my money on it.
FC's with Pro version EDIT: works now. I was using the free version and loving it, so I bought the pro version to support development and get the better tracking. Now anytime I watch a video for an exercise, the application force closes after the video is done. It doesn't matter what program I use to view the video, or whether I finish the video or stop playback during, it still force closes and loses all my exercise progress. Free version is 5 stars, this is 3 until this issue is fixed. Android 4.2.1 on Droid Razr Maxx.
Exercise videos are now installed with the app instead of a download separately. Don't worry, we'll delete the old ones so you can save space. You can still disable the automatically played videos from Settings if you prefer.
