Last Updated on 12/20/2017??? No matter which store I select to shop, there are only TWO departments: Bakery and Seafood. Pretty weak. I work in this field and to think this iteration of their eCommerce Loyalty app is in production is telling of the poor quality of Lucky IT App Dev - or whatever offshore company they hired for this.
The new update has made this app entirely useless to me, as I'm unable to tap items on the weekly ad to add to my shopping list.
Can't even search for "soup". Or any other foods
Can't back out/exit. Unable to disable notifications. I see no value in this.
You want me to update the app on my phone so bad?? Then please do what everyone is asking you to do and that is FIX THIS APP!!!!! Not fixing this broken app is the same as telling everyone "You want this app to work again, get an iPhone." By not fixing this issue, you are telling people to waste their money on iPhones we DON'T NEED or WANT in order for this app to work. Allow us who have Android phones and devices the right to sign in to our Lucky You accounts on this app on Android phones and devices.
I have not even been able to sign up for a rewards account. When I input all of my information and go to submit, it is not even an actual button and clicking does nothing. The website has the same problem, and staff at the store don't know any other way to sign up and were unhelpful. I could have been earning rewards for months as I do buy at the store often, but it is ridiculous that simply creating an account should be so difficult.
