Ratings and reviews

None of the coupons work. You need to digitally add the coupon, but the coupon doesn't even show up. You go to the Weekly Ad, and you can't even add the coupon from there. The search bar is also delayed, so if you type too fast, the letters become jumbled. I'm so sick of everything having an app. Why can't the item just be on sale? Why do I need to use this garbage app to get a coupon? I just want you to know that you've lost out on a sale because of your janky app.

More stable than before, but one thing I miss from the old version is being able to add coupons and specials to my shopping list from the weekly ad. Currently, I need to close the ad and manually search for the item to add it. I'd also like to be able to scroll through the pages of the weekly ad by swiping, and for there to be more fine print available for sale items (like which 'selected varieties'?). I enjoy the prices, but despite having a few pain points in the app, it's improving.

After working fine for years, app suddenly forgot me and required a convoluted sign up and password reset with not one but two verification codes. All this while I was trying to check out. embarassing. The Safeway app works a lot better and their coupons aren't mostly for junk like the Lucky coupons. Lucky has lost a long-time customer. What happened to "Every day low prices?" I loved it when there were no membership cards or apps to get Lucky's best prices. Fire somebody please Elon.
