Sounded fun, but wasn't. Before pulling the lever, you still have to decide on a category of actions, and this can be quite hard when you're depressed. The actions ranged from good (call a friend, go for a walk) to vague and impractical (do a science experiment) to downright dangerous (make a life-changing decision). The nearby 'activities' were nearly all hotels - maybe the app links in with trip advisor or similar - so this function wasn't useful at all.
Super helpful Started with me stoned on my bed, turn this little baby on and bam I'm doing 10 squats, another spin and I'm cleaning for 10 minutes and later going to apply for a job. This app just gives me that little push to go get something done. I love that it comes with pregenerated choices and let's you make your own. My only issue is that it doesn't really seem to shuffle them, just goes to the next one
Great App I love this app!! I have 13 years clean and the hardest thing for me has been socializing with outside world outside work and comfort of my home. Fear of myself messing up! Over last few months this App has really helped me break my cycle and be more active . I love love it.
