Excellent for Asthma/COPD Sufferers Simple concept used to good effect by concentrating on the screen & following the instructions. Does help alleviate shallow, upper tract stress-related breathing and instead, encourages you to take fuller, deeper breaths, which produce a sense of calm & control.
Needs two features 1.keep running when screen times out and the phone goes into lock mode. 2. Give an end goal in terms of time or repetitions and tell how far along user is.

Cuts out with phone auto screen look..as other review mentioned. Had to keep pressing the screen to stop it timing out. Takes away from it being relaxing

Good app to learn tactical breathing, but once you learn the technique then I would get "virtual hope box" as the breathing portion of that app has customizable inhale/exhale/rest times
