A minus one star would be helpful. Absolutely, totally useless. So they sent me an email to report bugs. It is not a bug No drivers show up. I had one scheduled 3 hours in advance, and they didn't assign a driver it. I did this because the first time I tried to use it from Rome Termini, no drivers were available at all. It is useless.

This is an awful and sorry excuse for an app. I've rode twice now and both times, I got scammed by the app, paying double what the app quoted. Would not have used the app had I known it'd end up costing me more. The first driver I got purposely didn't show up to the proper pick up point, made us walk to him, running up the meter. And when he dropped us off, he wouldn't give us exact change, giving himself a tip. Not to mention his car reeked of cigarettes. Our second driver wasn't any better.

It is nothing but an outright scam. I doubt they actually have any real cars at all. I have ordered twice, and on both occasions no one appeared anywhere within sight, with me first getting a message the driver had cancelled the order, later finding out I had been charged 5 Euro for cancelling - which I obviously did not do. A perfect business model - you collect orders, do nothing, then you cancel them, and then you charge the customer for a made-up thing they never even thought of doing.
