Ratings and reviews

I used to like this app but it seems it has become completely unreliable. When I'm about to order a taxi it says it will take a minute and shows many drivers around and when I actually order it suddenly there are no drivers around and it takes ages and I should do a priority which also takes too long. In my last ride I waited 15 min If I knew I would have taken the car. edit: second time and I could not even find a taxi in Athens. It'd be useful to warn people about taxi strikes.

I installed this app meny years ago before it was renamed (or bought by) FreeNow. In general, it's been my to go app for taxi, carsharing and even scooters. But they started asking for the driver's license verification way too often. Just this year I have been asked to do it 3 times. I understand the verification at the beginning. I can even deal with it once a year. This takes the practicality of using the freenow app for driving.

Beware, a total scam. I'm standing here with a friend, both have the same destination put in, and I see a 35% higher price. Pickup is always 1 minute away before you book, will jump to 10 mins after booking. Drivers always show 5.0 rating, which is also now the case. Regarding the pricing scam, I will be following up with the regulatory body. Avoid avoid avoid. Their in app point system will also never let you buy a voucher - just loads and loads. Clearly intentional.
