The worst app, I don't know what to start with, it crashes all the time, the trips I receive are from more than 3 miles or even 8 miles away, or 15 - 20 minutes away, I mean I can't go for a trip of £5 15 minutes away so I've decline a lot of trips because of that and they sent me message that I'm declining to many trips. The app work so bad, I don't know who done the app as a programmer. Other problem is the support, I've sent them messages but they never reply, and many more problems.

I'm using the app on Android, the navigation is zooming out when I'm getting close to destination so I have to zoom back in to see the street that I'm going ( it's illegal to operate a phone when you are driving but if you want to earn some money you have to break the law), cancellation fee missing, waiting time missing, some customers don't have number's to contact them, on this condition "freenow" is expecting that you as the driver drive for 3-4-5 miles just for fun. NO, I won't send a email

Rubbish. Here are SOME of the problems : 1. When you click on navigation, sometimes it keeps on throwing you out of Waze. So no sat nav to use . 2. After accepting a job, you click on navigation , and guess what ? it directs you to the pick up point of your LAST job ! several times it directed me to the destination address instead of the pickup address ! 3. Screen freezes, arrived / start trip / end trip buttons don't work many times. 4. App crashes a lot. U can't work like this !!
