Mylawdiary is a mobile application that helps lawyer to save their day to day cases, reminders, suitable and not suitable dates, important documents, client details and many more law related aspects.

Daily notifications shall be sent in respect of personal as well as Group cases.

• The dashboard shall display Today’s, Weekly, All and Inactive cases of lawyer.

• Case Details will be inserted through New case section.

• List of clients will be displayed in Manage client section, you can call or chat with your client through that section.

• New case of an existing client will be inserted through Manage client section.

• Personal cases can be seen month wise through Monthly cases section of the application.

• Reminders can be set for a particular day through Reminders section.

• The dates that are NOT suitable for you can be selected through Manage dates section, the selected dates shall appear in red when you will click on Check Available Dates of any case.

• You can chat with other lawyers through Chat section. However it is to be noted that the chat shall function just like a message with provision to send pdf and other files.

• Cases of a firm or associates can be managed through Group. For e.g. if there are four members in a group and five cases then each and every member shall receive notification concerning today’s and pending cases. However provision to add, edit or delete anything from the case has been assigned to admin and the advocate to whom the case has been assigned. The power to add or delete a member or even group has been assigned exclusively to the admin. The captioned case of captioned lawyer shall be portrayed in a different way in Group cases.

• Whenever a lawyer opens the application he/she shall get an alert box showing Today’s and Pending cases of PERSONAL or Group cases respectively.

• Apart from mobile application there is an advocate panel which can be opened by typing the link The username and password for advocate panel is the same as that of the mobile application. The advocate panel contains the same data or information as inserted in mobile application

Some other important points
• Whenever a new file or picture is uploaded in a case, you are requested to click on upload data option in the application. The data is thereafter stored in advocate panel and whenever you synchronize the application with advocate panel you will receive all the data.

• The application fetches data every time you sign out and log in, so please be patient as it may take some time to complete.

• In case you don’t receive any data kindly click on sync icon to get the same.

• Sometimes heavy images may not be uploaded as attachment in a case, you are requested to compress it and then upload.
