Sign in new device. I will like to suggest that opay should try and make use of security questions while trying to login or sign in into a new device. I think that will reduce the risk of losing funds to fraudster. And the process of changing password is too easy, I will also suggest that they should make it in such a way when resetting password; after the one time password, the security questions should be the next stage or step to answer before setting a new password. Thanks

I've been using it for more than 4 months now and I must say Opay is the best when it comes to online mobile banking. No fees, no delays and it's super fast with a cozy user experience. I hope they can add a feature in which I can be getting sms alerts on my transactions soon. Thanks Opay.

I really disappointed in this Apps, I'm Marchent I have a POS terminal but as I updated this Apps recently I can't access it anymore, that's why I evacuated all the money inside the terminal and switch it off no more transaction again till the issue resolve, Because I contact several channels to rectify the issue but no one listen to me at all.
